Being your wedding photographer means capturing the moments that you will cherish forever. My approach means I will capture the lovely memories with your friends and family celebrating your marriage and your future life together.

The Wedding Package

STARTING FROM £1300

For people that want to fondly remember their amazing wedding day with beautiful photographs.

What’s included?

  • Full day coverage up to 10 hours of photography services (then £100 per hour thereafter). Half day coverage also available.

  • A pre-wedding consultation to introduce myself, get to know you eachother better, and discuss your plans for your big day.

  • ‘Getting Ready’ photographs included.

  • Dedicated Bride and Groom photographs after the ceremony.

  • Bride and Groom group photographs with selections of family and friends.

  • 400+ individually selected photos.

  • Full retouching included.

  • Full license to download, print and share all your photos.

  • Photos uploaded to a private online gallery.

A deposit of £300 is required with the full balance required to be paid around 6 weeks before your wedding date.

All venues should be within Hampshire or Berkshire. If outside these areas, further travels costs may be payable.

I will excitedly share a few preview images shortly after your wedding with the full gallery being available after around 6 weeks.

Choosing a wedding photographer is a big decision. So before you decide, get in touch to check my availability and let’s have a Facetime/Zoom chat so we can get to know each other, have a laugh and see if we’re a good fit!

STEP 3 - SECURE YOUR DATE

Photography is a busy industry so please enquire about my availability as soon as possible to see whether I am free. If I am, amazing! You only need to put down a £300 deposit and I’m all yours!

STEP 4 - THE COUNT DOWN

To say planning a wedding can be stressful is an understatement! Any time you need support or guidance, I’ll be just a phone call away. Your final balance will be due around 6 weeks prior to the wedding and we’ll have a Zoom call before your big day to go through timelines and get ready for the excitement ahead!

STEP 5 - YOUR WEDDING DAY

You’re getting married! By this time, we will be like old friends, and you can just relax and have the most wonderful day ever, knowing I’m going to get you some amazing shots of you and you loved ones living your best lives laughing, crying, drinking and partying.

STEP 6 - YOUR GALLERY IS READY

I’ll send you some previews in the week after your wedding. Later, I’ll send you the fully edited gallery of 400+ images. Then you can relax on the sofa, order your favourite takeaway, and relive your wonderful day - making sure to laugh at all the moments you did not get to see at the time!

  • I mainly cover Hampshire and Berkshire.

    Although, I am happy to travel to surrounding areas (although this will be at additional cost.)

  • It’s always best to secure your wedding date as early as possible to avoid disappointment. I take booking up to 18 months in advance, so if you want me to photograph your wedding don’t hesitate to get in touch.

    I always like to book in a call so we can have a chat about your special day and specific photography needs.

  • I will keep in touch with you from the time you book all the way to and after your wedding. Regular catch ups just to make sure the planning is going well and that we keep aligned in what to expect on the day.

    I’m here to help your special day go as smoothly as possible and make sure you receive all the photographs you would have ever wanted.

  • Yes, we do! We can offer a bespoke service to cater for your needs.

    This includes engagement shoots, photo albums, drone coverage, and more.

  • Bank transfer is preferable - with bank details provided when the wedding is booked.

    Cash is also accepted, if easier.

    The deposit is required when the booking is confirmed and the contract signed.

    Full payment is ideally required 6 weeks before your wedding day.

  • I will upload your images to an online gallery and send you the link by email/message. You will need to download these pictures to your computer or mobile device.

    Galleries will usually be provided after around 6 weeks

  • In the case of camera failure, bad weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Lewis Jones Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, efforts will be made to source a new photographer or the client will be refunded.

    Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned. Lewis Jones Photography has a strict no refunds policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the client receives their images) it is then considered non-refundable.

  • Crediting is great! It allows me to reach other couples who may need my help – so a small tag on social media or a link to my website is much appreciated - but not compulsory in any way.

    If you’re being featured in an online article or in a printed magazine, I do asked to be credited – ideally as Lewis Jones Photgraphy. Typically news publications will ask you because they’re used to using images from freelance photographers – but if they don’t mention it to you, please mention it to them.

  • As the photographer, Lewis Jones Photography retains the copyright to all images that are taken. I grant customers a lifetime image license to use the images and content for any purpose they wish.
